uugh still at 311.8 no change and I didn't eat as much calories and carbs yesterday but I was in bed off and on with my knee killing me and now from laying around so much my back is hurting but my hips are really bothering me as I sleep on my side and being in bed too long watching TV and propping leg up has really made me hurt all over I did go to the dollar store and walked around shopping for about 10min yesterday to get some exercise but once I get to the truck I was in so much pain I can't wait to see if the surgeon will go ahead and do my surgery asap 🙏🙏.. only slept 4hrs probably part of the reason the water weight hasn't went back down, hopefully it will be down in a day or so..
