Not sure if I should be happy with this weigh-in, I was trying to build muscle 💪. Very little progress and some back sliding on muscle gains even with including squats and wall push ups. I went up in skeletal muscle, but down .2 in other basic muscle according to my smart scale up in protein and water. I believe it is do to to working more and to my low amount of sleep. I up'd my calories to closer to to 2000 most days which is in line with the amount recommend for women my age 1800-2000 per day. I am no longer able to do heavy amounts of exercise each day but am trying to work up to more exercises each time and more time per week. I believe with time I can get back to my old levels that I was at last year before I had all the MS stuff happen. 😀

Thank you, I try to be a positive person when possible. I get bogged down sometimes, but I think that's true of everyone. I would like to find more time to focus in the future. To much living in the moment if you will. That's one of my main goals right now. I feel like I'm always just reacting to everything not really sitting back and thinking about situations/problems like I should and taking the time/actions to get things worked out to their best conclusions.
