Getting myself back into the groove of a healthier lifestyle. I am a welding supervisor and the past year I found myself unable to get to the gym as much and my normal eating habits falling to the wayside due to long hours at work. Finally those 60 hour plus weeks have subsided and I am determined to get myself back on track.
