Had relatives visiting from down South and we attended the football then venturing into the casino for an all nighter ;) 1 day of footy food and numerous tequilas and after a 4 day break I’m back into gym plus being mindful whilst eating. 14 weeks post total hysterectomy and seeing lots of improvements. 👍🏼
