Okay, I'm back! I got off track for a while, but I must say, it was completely worth a couple extra pounds. After 18 months, I found out my boyfriend had been cheating on me for at least a year. I had been very unhappy with him for some time though, and the breakup actually gave me a feeling of relief, of freedom. I met someone new very quickly, within two weeks, and suddenly I was going out every night, going out to dinner, the movies, everywhere, and there was always food involved. We've been together for almost 3 months now and the stress of school is starting to kick in again. It's time to get back on track and get down to a healthy weight. I think having some specific goals in mind will help so here are a few and my reasons: 1: Get back to my previous weight of 183.4 within two weeks. I figure before I set my ultimate goal weight gain, I should get back to what I was before. 2: Start running again. I loved that feeling, and now that its fall, it's cool enough that I can't use the heat as an excuse not to. 3: Get naked and not care. It drives my boyfriend crazy that I'm so insecure about my body. He loves my curves, and I want to be comfortable enough to love them too! Okay, time to kick some butt!
