I lift heavy and low intensity cardio (4-6 days)
Eat around 1400cal - 1800cal during the week
One takeout meal on Saturday 🌝
Lots of water obviously
Only drink alcohol on special occasions
Also try to eat around the same time everyday.
It helps to eat simple meals. Eating the same few meals helps.

looking forward to see you on your next goal achievement. I am also taking it slow but keep it simple to my life style… I cannot afford some of the diet foos plan🙃🙃
