Did not follow any diet. Didn't weigh myself for about 5 months. Stopped because of the bad news the scale gave me. Stepped on it today and wow. I was amazed. I had to step on it twice to make sure. A1C came back high. Haven't watched the carbs and processed sugar. I have to change some diet things. I'm in the gym about 4-5 days per week now that I'm retired.
