New low this morning after workout and lots of water.
Changed my 2nd circuit to a "max out" circuit where I keep lifting till I can't lift anymore, I think it's going to help me more. I definitely felt like I got a much better workout, I just need to start working in abs somewhere.
Had a bigger breakfast than normal this morning too, wanted to boost my protein intake for post-workout recovery. Managed to get 20g in, which is just about right.
