Weighed in a bit later than normal but was really surprised to see a dip! We had a friend over yesterday and a team lunch at work so my fasting was totally messed up! That and there was just so much food! I really thought I'd see a little peak today. So I'm pretty happy!
54.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
