I went down again. I ate a lot of fruit today. Trying to feel full. I never felt full. Surprisingly I went down so I decided to log it. I feel good.
109.5 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
