NSV: Doctor took me off blood pressure pills this week. I had been having dizzy spells and heart palpitations. Quite honestly, I thought he was going to say it was super high and UP my meds. Shock and surprise, it's slightly low and so he took me off them. 🤯

Yay, congratulations! That is a fantastic milestone to celebrate - your body is working for you as it should…you must feel great about that 👏🏻😊 p.s: I had same experience with dizziness before coming off BP pills. It’s kinda scary, isn’t it? I even blacked out once
