Darn CHF. Doing everything I can to lose weight and the scale still goes up by 2 pounds. There is no question that the increase is just water. I am eating healthily and doing exercise. I'm going to continue to follow the nutritionist's suggestion and stop measuring success by a number on a scale. I remain optimistic and will continue on this weight loss journey. Slow and steady...
