이번주 내내 2시 넘어서 자다가 1시 반 쯤 잠들었는데, 확실히 수면의 질도 중요하다!

어제 점심먹고 후식으로 녹차라떼 먹었는데도 감량함
61.8 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
