A little drop back in the right direction which is a good thing. My body is so sore from walking all day yesterday and the boxing clinic I had on Friday. Yesterday I'm pretty sure I went over my calorie limit but I do believe that weekends are for letting go slightly. I'm going to continue my more relaxed eating today and tomorrow back to limited. While I'm quite slim now I really would like to get down more. Not for anyone else but myself.
54.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
