Welp, there it is. I’ve officially undid all my progress since June of 2020. It’s not like I didn’t see it coming… I just don’t seem to care in the moment until it’s too late. Why? Who the f knows!🙄 I’m still trying to figure all my shit out.

Aren't we all -- trying to figure all our shit out. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other, know that if you have made progress in the past, you can make progress in the present. I sympathize with you. I have been doing quite well for well over a year but have fallen into a state of lethargy the past week and a half that I can't seem to shake. I keep thinking that I'll overcome it soon but so far, I just spend my time sleeping or distracting myself by being on or watching a screen.

Hi Neicy, not so fast, take a breadth, I seriously doubt you could undo all your progress since June 2020 it might just feel that way, if the weight shot up, it can come down again. If you got rid of old fat from 2020 and put a little new fat on the new fat is much better and will come off much quicker, just keep pushing and don't give up.
