I'm holding above 116 and also regular now, if you know what I mean 😏 😳 This is great news. Also, all of my bad body sensations have been gone for multiple weeks. I swear it's because I started drinking alkaline water. Think my blood is just leaning acidic and this nudges it into a better spot. Didn't think it possible, but I've been feeling 100% since I started with the water.
