A disappointing but not unexpected result. Yesterday was a long and emotional day both mentally and physically. By the time I got home I just needed to let go. So as a result I overate and didn't nearly have enough water + salt. Really all these things combined I expected something not so great as a result today. I'll need to reign in again and maintain control today.
54.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
