You just know I'm packed to the brim with poop 💩 😂 It's been four days of pebbles and finally resorting to dulcolax. I'm sure I'll drop a pound or two tomorrow, but it's gotta go! Movin out old inventory, lol. Sorry, everybody. I'm a clown.

How are you feeling dyer? I get the pebbles its been like that for me since surgery a couple weeks ago and takes forever to do even that! Pet that pretty kitty that always seems to be a great idea for a good feeling inside right?

Yearofhealth2023 - Mealy Bealy (the kitty) is on my lap right now, lol. Sorry to hear you're having pebbles also. Rabbit poop is the worst! The dulcolax hasn't helped yet. Overall though, I feel great mentally and physically. Started a new job that I actually like and doesn't cause undue stress. Eating good. Being productive. How is your recovery going? Hoping you get back to normal soon!

Recovery has had some glitches. Getting better tho. Lot of exhaustion and pain as things are healing. They put me on colace plus, ready for this, IVE been adding a couple prunes (ick) to my protein shake (yum) or i would probably have zero movement. Can you believe we are talking about dooty? So glad you are feeling better!!! Congrats on the new job and on being productive. Pretty kitty😹🐈‍⬛

Yeah rabbit poo happens if you are taking pain killers. Even tylenol can cause it. Be sure to do the poo softener as they recommend.

add psyllium husk, ground flaxseed, chia seeds to your protein shakes. you can add all three or just one at a time. I promise you it will help with the poop situation.

I swear by the psyllium husk powder. I use 1 tbsp to my bedtime protein shake. It takes a day or two to get things "moving" but once they do, you should get pretty regular. Just be prepared to add about 30 calories to your intake.

Already doing psyllium everyday and way more water than necessary. Still bunny poop. It's just the IBS cycle. This has been my life for years. Once it gets movin again, I'll be good for several weeks.
