Not a lot of time to journal with the new job. I love the job, though! It seems that I'm having a tough time controlling my eating habits...they are not a respecter of eating schedules. I don't know how many meetings have been scheduled at or during my regular break hours.
Even though I have eaten my fair share of chocolates and junk, staying vegan has really kept my weight maintained. I haven't been running in a few weeks which is sad. The new work hours messed up my running schedule. I think the only way to do this is join a nearby gym and go straight there as soon as I wake up. Run, shower, and walk to work.
I'll have to give it all a try.

I joined a gym as well. At first it was difficult to wake up earlier, but once it is in your routine and you start to see results, it motivates you to keep going ! Good luck, don't give up !! :)
