YAY, Logging a loss this week!! The scale was back and forth between 225-227 so Imma go with the higher number to be sure.This loss has renewed my energy and focus on my dieting, exercise and health and plan to get down right serious and work out hard core all week as I am on vacation. My goal is to break 20k in one day and right now my top steps is around 17k. I know I can do it and this is the week I make it happen!!!
