Hey Justine! Its kind of weird actually, I seem to be having mega-fluctuations. It is certainly keeping me on track day-to-day calorie-wise, but its hard to actually tell if I am losing weight or not. It has only been a week, so I will have a look at the overall trend this week - maybe I can crack 92kg of fluid loss haha!

Haha, it's amazing how much fluid really does add on though isn't it? I even find that weighing myself before and after going to the bathroom can make a huge difference! Bodies are a very strange thing indeed :-)

I know the before-and-after bathroom trick! It seems to be alternate days also - up one, down the next.
