I spoke with the nutritionist about the increase in weight despite my adhering to the food plan. She said to stop being scale obsessed and just follow the plan. She reminded me that I do have a form a heart failure and that water retention increases weight. I may speak to the cardiologist about increasing my diuretic. I remain optimistic knowing that I am eating right and following a plan.
