Home from hospital on Thursday night. Losing weight too fast. I want to lose weight but not in an unhealthy manner. It’s due to my swallowing and choking problems that developed in the last 6 months. Discharge papers say I am severely malnourished. I guess just eating broth and crackers will do that! I’m adding protein like finely chopped shrimp to my morning broth and will start drinking 2 protein plus shakes every day for now and I get to a healthy 1 to 2 pound loss per week.
82.7 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
