Bad idea! I know this sounds silly, but boredom drink water. That's what I do now. And it works. It gives you something to do. Just make sure you fill up your glass as soon as you run out!

Tesco's range of flavoured sparkling water (4 litres for £1.50) are good too. Try "Tesco Sparkling Water Hint Of Apple And Raspberry 1 Litre" for example

You're totally right, I actually have been trying. I got some herbal teas as well, which are nice in the cold weather and zero calories!
