Still in the hospital but it’s nice to choose healthy meals to be cooked and handed to me with no clean up afterward. Started food diary in FatSecret today. I have Tuesday through Friday written down and intend to enter that information retroactively. Day 5 of eating better and no alcohol.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
