Going to try a daily weigh in for a while - I found myself saying "Ill make the calorie deficit up in the week" and then not doing it. Hopefully this will make me stick to my goals a bit better.

Hooray for encouraging fluid-fluctuations today though ;)

Great loss - way to go! :-) Let me know how the daily weigh ins work out for you, interested to see if monitoring those numbers more frequently makes it easier to stay on track.

I don't like daily weigh-ins. I get very excited when the weight keeps dropping and then three days later, the weight has increased by more than it dropped :( Good luck with the trial though, it might work better for you than it does for me.

I found this super useful, as I can see directly the effects of what I did the day before when I weight-in in the morning, it gives me a great feedback system. well done on the loss.

Thanks everyone! I'll let know how it goes - I feel like I am going to go up and down like Merran has said, but, hopefully even the little gains will make me stricter with my food!
