OMG, wow. Did not expect that. I know the heat and humidity were draining me, and I felt nauseous every day, but I was still eating the same. Also, a lot of water retention thru all this weather, but trying to keep well hydrated. So I hope this isn't a false loss. We'll see.
Side note: I've switched over to my Renpho bluetooth scale, which actually is nearly a pound heavier than my other scales. So technically the weight loss for this week is almost 4lbs. 😲😲😲🤯
