Back at it with exercise on the bike. Plus, 2 of my granddaughters, my wife, and I went to Cheekwood Gardens in Nashville, and I ended the day with almost 18000 steps. It is a beautiful huge mansion from the 1920s with the associated gardens. My 9-year-old granddaughter loved the experience. The 4-year-old, not so much until we went to the gift shop. I still have about 25 pounds I want to lose, but that is long term. I'll settle for dropping to 205 as a reasonable start.
