Yesterday I had a great early morning workout.

Yesterdays Workout
Treadmill - 10 incline, 3.0 speed - 5 min
Treadmill - 10 incline, 3.5 speed - 5 minutes
Treadmill - 10 incline, 4.0 speed - 5 minutes
Treadmill - no incline, 4.0 speed - 10 minutes
Treadmill - no incline, 4.5 speed - 5 minutes
Treadmill - no incline, 3.0 speed - 5 minutes
Bench Press 35 lbs. 3 sets of 15
Leg raises with 25 lb. 2 sets of 25

Measurements
Body Fat - 23.4
Muscle Mass - 41.4
Body Water - 58.2
Bone Mass - 4.8
60.9 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
