So it seems that just telling myself no food at night (after 730) has helped my weightloss. Last night I did 30 day shred wk 2 didnt finish it but did like 15 mins worth. It was late and I didnt have a bra on so I was tired of my boobs hitting my face, lol.
I got on the scale last night during a horrible craving and if the number was high I was going to eat. The number wasnt. I couldnt justify eating at that point.
Anyways, its a daily struggle but I am pulling thru. I hope to get down to 150 before Nov 1st, that is my one year anniversary of losing weight. This saturday I have a 5k and cant wait. Well take care ladies.
