patiently chippin' away at my goals. rebuilding my body after gaining weight and losing all my muscle when I spent a yr in bed from a spinal cord injury. I'm one year out from surgery. have lost about 30 pounds of fat and put on about 10 pounds of muscle. 👊 consistency, 16-8:IF, food tracking, meditation and hitting my macros has been the key for me. and some therapy for the ptsd. I'm feeling good 👍
