I can relate to that it is hard to stop something you enjoy...I sometimes think if you have little or no health issues...what the hell.

J - Don't deprive yourself something you enjoy, it's just torment and you'll probably end up having it anyway. Moderation is the key.

well sorry to disagree, but I think you would do well to avoid "highly processed nibbles" and Wine altogether. Go to the gym instead.

Not altogether, but I would certainly think daily is way too often if you have a health goal !

Absolutely - that's why it's all about moderation :-) Can't imagine avoiding wine altogether though....the horror haha! Once every so often does it for me.
