A little disappointed to lose 4 instead of 5. I am following the diet well. I need to get more active every day. The mission trip this weekend will involve a lot of exercise. Maybe that activity will get me motivated to do more. Excited to see that 299 is not far away. Ready to leave 300 + behind.
