180 lbs this morning after workout and hydration!!!!

hit my original goal. I could stop here, but I'm not quite where I want to be, I'd really like to lower my body fat a few more percent.

I'll probably be up to 182 on Monday, but meh, I seem to shed my weekend weight by tuesday anyway.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
