I'm feeling fairly frustrated. I weigh in at the end of the year, and my goal is to weigh less every year. This year I gained 5 pounds. And in January I'm still gaining.
Part of the problem is that I'm traveling a fair amount. I've done a better job of eating properly when I don't travel, and I've exercised more consistently when I don't travel.
So I'm returning to Fatsecret, going to do the daily recording of my food, weight, and exercise. I may start the 2-week phase 1 of South Beach, but I'd prefer not to.
My goal is to weigh 178 by March 31. That's 11 pounds less than I weigh now. That's doable if I work at it.
