Crazy! No weight gain or loss from 2 weeks literally the exact same weight🤨
63.7 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am a personal trainer and due to continue calorie deficit your metabolism got slow down . Try to increase calories up for a week and then go in deficit again
