So I tried not doing any processed foods yesterday..and boy last night was rough. I tried to do ONE day of lower carb yesterday, and this morning I was nauseous, trembling, clammy, my heartrate was 130 bpm, hungry, and nervous. Ive never had symptoms of hypoglycemia before! So, I feel better now after eating a bagel, apple, and 3 oreos...still a little jittery though.
So today, Im going to "do" maintenance Atkins without oatmeal/pasta...basically just fruit/veges/meat/cheese/nuts. NO PROCESSED FOODS!
