I musta been carrying water weight from too much fast food & junk. Just a couple of days of minding my calories and moving/sleeping more and the scale is heading down. Seriously, you guys never fail to lift me up when I'm struggling. THANK you so much for believing in me when I don't have much belief in myself🤗 I've been trying to post graphics but FS is not letting me post anything on the laptop.
