Staying low carb, maybe more carbs than my tolerance threshold but I have positive ketone tests usually. I am not losing weight really, just maintaining. I still am not making me and my exercise a priority. Also maybe I'm having to many calories for the amount of calories burned. I think maybe if I keep eating how I am eating and just got my regular exercise the weight might just start melting right off.
