Headed in the right direction, slowly. I have been slowly getting back to normal eating patterns. Life is not back to normal yet. We are trying to finish up some remodeling projects that were in progress before the holiday pause. Focus is not on eating and exercising when projects are taking up most of the day. I'm back to the water aerobics but I am not lifting. I have an appointment with my Ortho surgeon next month to discuss my options for right shoulder issues. Blessings on all. Prayers for all who are struggling!
