Gym last couple of days. Legs was yesterday and after two weeks of skipping leg day I am feeling it.
Did body scan. I am very pleased with the post holiday results. My main goal is to drop my percent of body fat. That went down more than I expected!
%BF 28.1 dropped to 27.5 SMM went up! 89.5 up to 90.8 Weight 220.5.
I’d like for that to be lower but again, my focus is on losing the body fat, then I’ll worry about the weight. I figure I am gaining muscle as I lose the fat so not too worried about the weight.
