Back to the weight I was when I got COVID. lost a ton of water weight while I was sick. went up a kg over the past week (obviously water) but I've managed to lose it again. going well sticking to my meal plan this time, tho the $5 chooks at Woolworths got the better of me last night. still, I stayed inside my calories.
