2 weeks to loose 7kgs is quite the challenge, though starting with small bits daily will make it very achievable.
Don't know if you ever notice you might be retaining water..... A week ago I restarted with my weight loss and within a day, yes 1 day I I lost 3kg's, which was all water retention.
A week later and I lost 3,2kg's in all. Even with the Xmas celebration etc.
