Have my macros almost right but was over on carbs & calories. This week I will try harder to get them in line but delighted with the lose so far. With all the load shedding the cream for my coffee is not staying fresh so back onto bulletproof coffee, I had forgotten have great it tastes so these will be a permanent feature of my way of eating from know on. Keeping busy getting ready for my kids arrival on the 1st January from the UK. 😊 Have a great week everyone.
