timbang pagi sebelum lari 59,1kg timbang lagi habis lari 45menit jadi 58,7 ternyata keringat dan nafas ku habisnya 0,4 kg 😀
59.4 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
