Hope everyone had a lovely holiday. Hubs and I had a lovely week together. No rough patches and that was a blessing. We have been doing much better. I am still trying to get over my medical issue from earlier in the month but feeling more myself finally. I decided to back off the diet food a bit and eat more natural foods. I plan to get back into my walking this week.
