Usual day, cheese sandwich for breakfast/lunch, then usual supper. total 709 kC. cheat 2 pieces chocolate, a kit kat snack size and a little york peppermint patty. First chocolate I've had in a month or more.
67.4 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
