The gym has become my life. I have been working so hard; strength training like never before. Whenever I weigh myself I no longer feel dismayed when I see an increase on the scale, because it is not the only measure of progress. Especially if you are working on changing your body composition.
My weight keeps fluctuating (between 65kg and 68kg) but my body composition has seen a positive change over the last month or so. I have more muscle (25.1kg) than fat (19.5kg/29.1%). Muscle weighs more than fat, therefore it is only normal that the scale number will shoot right up. Which really doesn’t bother me anymore.
Of course there’s still a lot of work that needs to be done, but I am so content with where I am… I look and feel stunning! My confidence is at an all time high, and I could look at myself in the mirror for ages because I absolutely love what I see. I’m so happy with myself.😊🫶🏽
