Stepped on the body scan and here is what I saw.
%BF went down. It is at 29.1% SMM jumped up to 88.6. Expected as I have been back to the gym regularly for the last two months.
Weight went up to 221. I expect that is the muscle mass gain.
Overall I am pleased. Percent body fat dropped and muscle mass increased. Those are my goals; getting to 200lbs is a nice side, and I expect it to happen as I continue to exercise and if I ever start to eat better.

Lost so far: 1.8 kg.
Still to go: 9.5 kg.
Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks unhealthy. It’s funny how we condition ourselves to certain things. First thing I saw was my weight went up. So you feel defeated. Then I remember what my goals are and when I look at those numbers it’s a much better feeling.
