Another loss! This is working! My husband and I are counting calories. It's that simple. I try to eat real food - not a lot of sugar free/fat free processed food. But everyday I have sugar free coffee creamer. I love my coffee creamer. I've lost 28lbs since I officially started on August 6th. That's 3 months ago, almost exactly. 28lbs on me means going from a tight 18 to a loose 14 pants. It means that my ankles look skinny and that I can merrily gallop up the stairs without pops, cracks, or moans. I love it! And even though my son kept me up half the night last night, it's going to be a good day!
